Basic scenario building:

• Choose three emerging issues of change from different STEEP categories;

• One by one, brainstorm possible impacts of each emerging change;

• Consider how one change’s impacts will reinforce or conflict with the others;

• Imagine what a day would be like in the future where all those changes were real.

MUST BE INTERNALLY CONSISTENT AND LOGICAL.
