• Choose 5-9 information sources:

  • Number of sources will vary because update rate per source varies;
  • Sector of sources MUST vary: ”360o view;”
  • Specialist and fringe sources preferred.

• Create scanning database:

  • title, source, description, implications, STEEP category(ies), (keywords), ID #.
