Creating a radar diagram:disaggregating an axis or vector

• Complex values can cause disagreements in assigning value positions, e.g.:

  • ”secular-religious” – does that refer to:

    • the degree to which people’s religions are part of everyday life, or
    • the degree to which political and economic institutions limit religious influence, or
    • the degree to which people are free to pursue whatever religions they wish?

• Accuracy in this case may require three axes.
